I bought a Micralite pram on recommendation and we started to have a few glitches with it. As it came with a 3-year warranty I got in touch with their customer services team, and they were so lovely to deal with. They arranged to have our pram collected for repair, and as it couldn’t be repaired fully they are sending us a replacement pram instead. Sophie has been helpful and kind through the whole process, and has kept us informed of what’s been happening with our return. I would buy from them again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Micralite!

This review is in relation to customer service. When I ordered the travel cot two weeks ago, I had payment taken twice in error. I got in touch with customer service and they insisted that I had received two orders and they could not refund my second payment unless I returned the items (which I never actually received). I tried to call but their phone lines were initially down due to 'training' and then again for 3 days due to a fault in the area. No one was able to help me and the woman over email insisted I received two cots. I decided to return the cot I had received and had to continue to argue my case that I only received one cot with a duplicate payment. Someone over the phone eventually refunded my duplicate payment and hopefully, I get the second one refunded upon collection of the cot. It was a really stressful experience and I wouldn't risk ordering online with them again.

Absolutely useless. Ordered a travel cot over 2 weeks ago and still hasn't been dispatched despite 3 calls with their "customer service" team. I'm cancelling my order and would suggest people spend their money elsewhere

Micralite has been absolutely amazing and we LOVE the brand so much! Customer service is fantastic and so professional and friendly! We have the fastfold and profold which are fantastic for country walks, city strolls. We have been on every terrain going and they both easily push across them all even sand! They’ve been on every holiday with us for the passed several years. I would absolutely love to replace my current travel system which is now 3 years old and 2 babies down for the GetGo as it just looks amazing but I don’t think my hubby will allow me to purchase another pram! ? thank you micralite! I cannot recommend you enough to all my family and friends!! X

Excellent service

I needed the Sleep and Go travel cot quickly and ordered it online late on a Thursday evening. The cot was needed for the following Sunday. I rang Micralite customer services to explain my predicament and spoke to Amber. She quickly arranged for it to be delivered the very next day on Saturday. As promised, the parcel arrived via DPD, at the time specified by the carrier, the following day in time for our young visitor!

The cot sheets that were out of stock duly followed when available.

I was very impressed with the service, thank you.

Leaving this review to warn others. I purchased the travel cot and large sheets in July for an overnight stay. when the item was delivered, the sheets were missing. I contacted CS and they said, oh, they are out of stock until August, and then they will be dispatched.

I looked on the website, and on the page it says

In Stock: late august

This is very unclear as it us not currently in stock. The confirmation email does not include details of the products you purchased let alone expected delivery date.

And its now the last day of August, I still have not received the sheets or confirmation / update of their whereabouts. But they have certainly charged me the money.

So, read the small print carefully. And they have now moved the In Stock, even though the item is out of stock, right to to the bottom, conveniently after the buy now button.

Our Micralite Smartfold developed a fault whilst we were on holiday. I emailed customer service and they were very helpful indeed. They look after their customers and resolved the issue quickly and went above and beyond to do so. I thoroughly recommend this company.

I've been a customer of Micralite since my first child in 2009 and now with my son - excellent quality - I prefer the Fastfold as I can fold with 1 hand and carry it on the bus with my son in the other or toddling on as I hold his hand. Super light and easy to move one handed. The only complaint I have is the strap that runs over the shopping basket is really irritating - it makes it next to useless for shopping unfortunately.

I reached out to Micralite regarding a problem with a stroller I had purchased. Their response was prompt and their customer service went above and beyond to help me out. They are based in the UK, but that didn't stop them from resolving the problem domestically.
They stand by their products and make sure that the customers are satisfied.

Micralite Profold is so poorly made. My daughter keeps sliding to the one side and banging her head on the frame. Seat is made of cardboard like matetial. Very flimsy ! My daughter also keeps sliding down and only thing that could keep her in place is the belt and that means the belt is tight around her bottom. She is very uncomfortable in it and wheels are not sturdy at all. I always feel like the stroller will fall apart on the road with my baby in it ! Never buying it again from this company !

We purchased the Micralite Fastfold a few months back. The purchase was straightforward, It was delivered really quickly and we have been delighted with it since.
The Fastfold is so easy to use. You can literally push it and steer it (fully loaded) with one hand comfortably. It is really easy to pick up (as and when needed) and as the name suggests; it is really easy to fold and takes up very little space in comparison to a standard pushchair or stroller. It is such a well designed bit of kit. I have recommended it to many and will continue to do so.

Ricardo contacted me the day after I left a review and we talked through the issues that I’d had with Micralite and the smartfold buggy. I’m happy to say that Ricardo has now resolved all outstanding problems and has left me with a very happy Micralite experience indeed. I would like to thank him for really going that extra mile to restore my faith in Micralite. I felt really heard and appreciated as a customer. I can highly recommend Micralite as a company that will go above and beyond to ensure that their customer is looked after!

Contacted Micralite with a genuine issue! They handled it with care and professionalism. I wasn’t treated as if I was a criminal like some companies and we are extremely happy with the product and the customer care. I will be recommending to all our family and friends and it’s no wonder they have managed to win so many awards. Nice to find a company and service that does what it says before purchasing and follows through.

Contacted Molly with a problem I was having with my pram.. she arranged collection and return.Received my pram back yesterday....excellent job. Would like to thank this company most sincerely for such prompt and professional service. They are a credit to business and should be held up as an example of how things should be done. Will defs use again....first class service.

Absolutely phenomenal customer service. We experienced a fault with our travel cot & Mollie helped us with a complete resolution promptly & professionally. The travel cot is great! We also have the fast fold & are really pleased with it, everyone always comments on it and asks where it’s from! Would be interested to see if you guys might venture into car seats as our baby will outgrow his soon & really like the quality & look of your products.
